Hope Provider Services – Hourly Rates
At Hope Provider Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate, and reliable support that aligns with NDIS guidelines and ensures outstanding value for every participant and family we serve.
Below are our standard hourly rates for support worker bookings of 2 hours or more, in line with NDIS pricing arrangements and the level of specialised support we provide.
Weekday Rates (Monday – Friday)
Daytime Support
6:00am – 8:00pm
$69.09 per hour
Evening Support
8:00pm – 12:00am
$77.38 per hour
These rates apply to all standard support services, including personal care, community access, household tasks, supported independent living assistance, and capacity-building support services.
Weekend Rates
Weekend supports attract a higher rate due to increased staffing requirements, specialised support needs, and NDIS provisions for weekend services.
Saturday Rate
$89.00 per hour
Sunday Rate
$99.00 per hour

Self-managed
participants are responsible for purchasing support within their budgets to help achieve their NDIS goals.

Plan managed
Plan-managed funding gives the same level of control as self-managed funding, with the added assistance of a plan manager.

Agency managed
NDIA-managed funding gives participants the choice to use any NDIS registered provider, while managing their own bookkeeping.

Private funding
We also accept any self-funding through personal income.
